I am absolutely over the moon!!! this mandolin far exceeded my expectations! the box came wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap, (indicating the packer knew what they were doing,) the mandolin was not damaged, THE GIG BAG IT CAME WITH!!!!! the gig bag is much more heavy duty than expected, with a giant pocket on the front. I was a little skeptical about it since there aren't any photos, so I assumed that it would be thin and under-protectant, but once again, expectations have been exceeded. if you are on the fence about this mandolin, DO NOT HOLD BACK! you will not be disappointed. Mcneela is not a disappointment, and it certainly is not a scam.
