Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it, unless specified otherwise in the product description. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and with the original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Procedure

• Use Standard Post for returns, not DHL, GLS, FedEx, UPS or any private shipping companies.

• All return packages must include a tracking number. This ensures we can monitor the return process and avoid any potential issues.

• Include your name, full postal address, and order number inside the return package.

• Ensure to use the correct Taric code. Contact us if you need assistance.

• If filling out a Customs Form, mark as GOODS FOR RETURN (or REPAIR if applicable). This will prevent delays or extra fees.
