Easy directions from the M50

  1. Take the last exit on the M50 north towards Malahide
  2. Drive straight through the round­about (2nd exit) at the Clayton Hotel and con­tinue down the R139, straight through the cross-roads at Clare Hall, and straight through the next two round­abouts
  3. After you drive over the rail­way bridge take an imme­di­ate right turn into Bal­doyle Indus­trial Estate
  4. Take a left at the first T junc­tion and a right at the sec­ond T junc­tion
  5. About 200 yards on your left you should notice a sign for Music Shop, drive in there and we are the last fac­tory on the left, unit 137.

  • Why has my Setanta whistle order not been shipped yet?
All of our Setanta whistles are handmade to order by John O’Brien, the Setanta whistle maker. In the product description of these whistles you can see there is a 6 - 8 week lead time (subject to change depending on demand). This is to allow John enough time to make your whistle to the highest standard. As soon as your new whistle or whistle set is ready, they will be sent to you and we will be in touch with shipping confirmation.

  • How do I purchase an item on your site?
The easiest and safest way to purchase is from us directly on our website. When viewing the product you wish to order, just click on the “Add to Cart” button. Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, go to checkout and finalise the order.

  • How do I calculate the shipping cost to my address?
If you wish to calculate the shipping cost before going through the checkout, you can do so when viewing your cart. Add all the items you wish to purchase to your cart and then when viewing your cart click on the box “Estimate Shipping & Tax”. Here you can fill out the necessary information and you will see the cost of shipping for your order.

  • I've sent you an email. Why haven't I heard back from you?
We do our best to respond to all emails well within 24 hours (except at the weekends where a 48 hour time lapse may occur). If you can't see a reply from us within the above timeframe it may be nestling in your Junk folder. On occasion our replies to customer emails have gone into the recipient's Junk folder (very likely if you are with Outlook or Hotmail) or into one of the Promotions tab on Gmail.
