Fiddle Bow Beater

Handmade from recycled fiddle bows, these look and sound great. We make the Fiddle Bow Beaters from broken fiddle bows, because they are narrow and shaped and make an ideal tipper.

We cut the bow in lengths of 9-11" and as the bows are various sizes, the tippers vary. We then weight the end with lead and to finish, we add a grip* for comfort.

These were popular from the start and are great for one-ended playing.

Please note, as the Fiddle Bow Beaters are made from old fiddle bows they retain the original bow curve or camber.
