Very happy with the McNeela flute/whistle case! I knew in advance that the two flute slots would not accommodate the length of my Michael Grinter flute, so I repurposed one of the whistle slots to hold the short foot joint. Didn’t require cutting the foam! I also adjusted the Velcro strap to hold the whistles tighter. I have a beautiful wooden flute box but the McNeela case is so much easier to carry to sessions and my flute and whistles are perfectly protected! Some reviews have commented that the case falls back with the weight of the whistles when the flute is removed. Position the case to rest on the hinges. Problem solved.
