The McNeela Virtuoso violin is an exquisitely built instrument designed for musicians keen to move from intermediate to advanced and beyond. This is a finely balanced, responsive violin with a rapid action and its own, very particular character.

Handcrafted from the finest tonewoods, using maple and spruce that have been aged for more than 20 years, the Virtuoso is based on the design that Stradivarius used for his iconic Messiah violin of 1716.

It’s fitted with a bespoke bridge that’s been specially designed and made for us in France by Despiau Chevalets. These famous luthiers are celebrated in France because they treat their handcrafted bridges with exclusively natural products to maintain their tonal integrity.

Built using carefully selected, quality tonewoods that are given an oil varnished finish, we’ve paired this violin with a round, 65g carbon fibre bow that perfectly compliments the responsiveness of the instrument itself.

From its rich, vibrant tones to its impressive, elegant good looks, the Virtuoso is a premiere violin that provides you with an unmatched playing experience.
