SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

We appreciate your business at McNeelaMusic.com and if you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, we're here to offer assistance.

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it, unless specified otherwise in the product description. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and with the original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Procedure

  • Use Standard Post for returns, not DHL, GLS, FedEx, UPS or any private shipping companies.
  • Include your name, full postal address, and order number inside the return package.
  • Ensure to use the correct Taric code. Contact us if you need assistance.
  • If filling out a Customs Form, mark as GOODS FOR RETURN (or REPAIR if applicable). This will prevent delays or extra fees.

Refunds: Upon receipt of your return, we'll inspect the item and notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. This process usually takes 5-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Product-Specific Policies

Bodhráns: As goat skin is a natural material, variations in color, shade, and thickness are normal. However, if you're unsatisfied, you can return it within 30 days for a free replacement. If a fault occurs during shipping (like a tear), we'll cover the return shipping cost up to €25 and provide a new one at no extra cost.

Other Products: If unhappy for any reason, return within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. If a fault occurs during shipping or manufacturing, we'll cover the return shipping cost up to €25.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs, including those related to "Free Shipping" promotions, are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in certain circumstances mentioned above. Contact us for return guidance.

Return and Repair Shipments

We'll cover up to €25 for a single Return & Repair shipment within 30 days of receiving your product, using standard post only.

*Free Returns marked on certain products are congruent to a maximum of €25 (or equivalent in other currency $27usd/£22gbp) return shipping cost.

Customs & Import Fees

Customers outside the EU may face import fees on delivery. Any customs charges, decided by the carrier and local laws, must be paid by the customer. For specific information, contact your local customs office.

Currency Considerations

All our prices are in Euro (€). The website's currency conversion function is a guide only. Customers may incur additional charges from their bank due to currency conversion. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not affiliated with McNeela Music.
